According to the Japan Meteorological Agency, strong cold air remains in the sky above eastern Japan and Tohoku, and warm and moist air is flowing toward the low pressure system that changed from the typhoon, and the atmospheric condition has been unstable for 30 days.



During this time as well, there are rain clouds that have developed in the Kanto and Tohoku regions.



In eastern Japan and Tohoku, atmospheric instability is expected to continue until late at night on the 30th, and there is a risk of extremely heavy rainfall of 50 mm or more per hour accompanied by local lightning.



The amount of rain in the 24 hours until the morning of the 31st is expected to be 100 mm in Kanto Koshin and 80 mm in Tohoku and Hokuriku.



The Japan Meteorological Agency warns against sediment-related disasters, inundation of low land, sudden flooding and flooding of rivers, and calls for attention to gusts such as lightning strikes and tornadoes.
