Bastrykin put under control the investigation of a gas explosion in a house in Noginsk

"The progress of the investigation has been put under control in the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia," the message says.

Earlier it was reported that the number of victims of a gas explosion in a residential building in Noginsk near Moscow increased to 17.
