It is specified that he also announced an increase in partisan activity in Russian-controlled territories, mentioning car explosions in the Kherson region, one of which led to the death of an employee of the local military-civilian administration Dmitry Savluchenko.
Earlier it was reported that Budanov threatened Russia with terrorist attacks and sabotage on its territory.
