Gareth Bale (32) of the Welsh national football team showed his deep affection for Son Heung-min (29), who ate a bowl of rice at Tottenham in England during the 2020-2021 season.

Bale evaluated Son Heung-min as "the nicest guy on Earth" in an interview published by Sky Sports UK on the 19th (local time).

When asked if Heung-Min Son is the best person in the world of football, Bale answered, "He's always happy no matter what. Of course, he grieves for hours when he loses a game, but then he smiles again." He seems like a happy person."

Heung-Min Son also praised him for instilling morale in the team with a positive attitude.

Bale, who played for Tottenham and transferred to Real Madrid (Spain) in 2013, struggled with injuries and sluggishness, but returned to his former team ahead of the 2020-2021 season and worked with Son Heung-min for a season.

Bale contributed 16 goals and 3 assists in 34 official matches for Tottenham this season, while Son Heung-min scored 22 goals and provided 17 assists in 51 matches, leading Tottenham's attack together.

During the season, the 'W Ceremony', in which Son Heung-min and Bale represent Wales, the nationality of Bale, also drew attention.

Son Heung-min scored the opening goal with the help of Bale in the first leg of the 2020-2021 Europa League round of 32 in February of this year, and then held a ceremony to make the letter 'W' with his fingers with Bale.
