It is clarified that the new rules include, among other things, the cancellation of part of the exam in a closed area.

Such changes, according to the autoexpert, are associated with the loss of the need for the appropriate stage of the exam.

“It will be harder to pass the first time.

Two exams combined into one will take longer, and it will be more scary for the applicant.

On the other hand, the arguments of the traffic police are clear: why rent a site if it can be rented in a driving school, and we will already check how a person drives in real conditions.

In a number of countries, the site does not exist at all, for example, in Germany there is neither a special driving course on the site, nor an exam on the site, ”explained Morjaretto.

The expert also explained that the cancellation of the closed site stage could lead to a decrease in the waiting list for the exam.

“Now there are not enough examiners physically, and in some regions it is possible to wait one or two months to get to the exam after leaving school.

Consolidation of two exams into one will lead to the release of some of the examiners, and maybe people will pass the exam faster, ”the specialist said.

Commenting on the changes proposed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the list of errors and violations, for which penalty points are given, Morjaretto explained that the new changes will help improve road safety.

Earlier, the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs published new rules for passing the driver's license exam, which will enter into force on April 1, 2021.
