管理企业的办法，被赵银光拿来用。除了团长、副团长，这个团还有专业的顾问，分宣讲团、表演团，下设合唱、葫芦丝、时装等小组，都有小组长。
田友娟管考勤，每天在团员名后画“勾”“叉”。宣传团里有38个党员，她们还成立了党支部。团训是：“老有所为，无私奉献，志愿服务，防范诈骗”。

在济南槐荫公安分局振兴街派出所副所长谢磊看来，非法集资不到一定金额，构不成犯罪。打击这一类公司，主要还靠给潜在的“被害人”摆事实、讲道理。
济南市平安银行舜耕支行是宣传团的挂牌站之一。行长薛虎说，客户有存取款自由，如果执意要转账，他们迂回提醒。要是电子转账，人不到银行来，柜员们想盯也盯不着。
宣传团第一个挂牌的社区是七东社区，综合党委书记、社区居委会主任王美华说，社区里有个老太太，家里堆满垃圾，工作人员定期上门清理。老人前年被邻居拉着投资了10万元，好久没有收到利息了。社区帮忙找律师一查，公司早被立案调查，可老人毫不知情。儿女远在他乡，又不信任社区，这样的老人不是个例。
在济南市地方金融监督管理局金融稳定处，耿浩的宣传工作最初总是单兵作战。后来，全国各地成立了打击和处置非法集资工作领导小组办公室，但职能分散在10多个部门，要形成合力并非易事，一些人不足够了解非法集资特点，一起开会的人员也经常变动。
直到阿姨们的宣传团来了。
济南鞭指巷社区和宣传团合作了3年多。在社区党委书记任梅花的印象里，宣传团来办活动，至少一个月有一回。
截至目前，阿姨们的团已组织各类活动400多次，获奖证书和奖杯塞满三层的办公柜——济南市“三八红旗集体”、济南市“最佳志愿服务项目”等，但赵银光还是最喜欢台下的掌声。
有外地志愿者来学经验，交流后表示，“这样的人不好找”。电话费、交通费、饭钱，阿姨们自己掏，办活动常常“搭钱”。
耿浩说自己变成了“拖后腿”的那个。下雨了，天热了，他劝阿姨们歇歇，被反驳“跟人家定好了，必须得去”。元宵节，阿姨外出打腰鼓，里面穿一套秋衣裤，外面套一件丝绸服，冻得打哆嗦。一上台，她们把脚步跺得砰砰响。
今年5月1日，国务院发布的《防范和处置非法集资条例》施行了。山东省建起“金安工程”监测预警系统，用大数据抓取做非法集资广告的公司。济南市地方金融监督管理局也有了行政处罚权。“也许再有两三年，她们就可以结束使命了。”耿浩笑着说。
赵银光80岁了，她在和时间赛跑。想着自己再多干几年，被骗的人就能少几个。
和她一样，很多团员都觉得，上台的那一刻，才能忘了“受伤的痛”。
