The Secretary-General of the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council, Ghannam Al Mazrouei, confirmed that the number of citizens who joined the private sector since the launch of the Nafees program has exceeded 5,500 citizens, which was reflected in the growth of the database and the increase in the number of companies registered within the program, which offer job opportunities through the platform. Pointing out that the program is a bridge of communication between private sector companies to review available opportunities on the one hand, and job seekers from citizens on the other hand.

He said that the industrial sector in the UAE is witnessing a remarkable turnout from local and foreign investors, as a result of the presence of incentives that support its growth.

He added, "As a strategic partner for the private sector in the Nafes program, we encourage it to empower and develop the Emirati cadre and promote its accession to it, including the industrial field."

He added, "The private sector is a major driver in the economic development wheel of the UAE, and we expect great prosperity and growth in it, based on the legislative environment, the legal system, and national programs that encourage attracting Emirati talent."
