MDA spokesman Zaki Heller said in an update on social media on the 14th that two locations in the Old City of Jerusalem were hit by terrorist attacks, including the bus and a parking lot.
Medics are giving emergency treatment to seven injured people and taking them to hospital.
Police are searching for the gunman who fled the scene after the attack.
