Suspected of having stimulants hidden in his home 10 Vietnamese men and women arrested October 28, 16:13

Ten Vietnamese men and women were arrested for hiding MDMA, a stimulant and synthetic drug, in homes in Saitama and Gunma prefectures.

The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the suspected smuggled illegal drug being sold to other Vietnamese.

All of the arrested were Vietnamese men and women, including Ryu Kuan Min (27), an unidentified occupation in Kawaguchi City, Saitama Prefecture, and Nguyen Din Duc (25), an office worker in Isesaki City, Gunma Prefecture. There are 10 people in total.



According to the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, 10 people are suspected of violating the Stimulants Control Law this month, alleging that they had a total of 3.4 grams of MDMA, a stimulant and a synthetic drug, hidden at their homes in Kawaguchi City and Isesaki City.



This month, in an investigation into a case in which more than 130 grams of stimulants were found hidden in international mail that arrived at Narita Airport in May, I searched the homes of 10 people as related parties and found it illegal. It means that the drug was found.



Of the 10 suspects, Nguyen admitted the charges and the remaining 9 denied them.



The international mail that arrived at Narita Airport was sent from a Vietnamese company, and the Metropolitan Police Department is investigating that it is suspected that 10 people were selling illegal drugs smuggled to other Vietnamese.
