Affected, cucumber production has indeed decreased.

During this time, the weather was fine and the output was also up.

Shouguang is the hometown of vegetables in China. The annual vegetable planting area is about 600,000 mu and the annual output is about 4.5 million tons.

Wang Lixin, director of the Shouguang Agriculture and Rural Bureau, said that in order to better play the role of the "vegetable basket" in stabilizing production and supply, the agricultural department not only organized dozens of experts to guide the production on site, but also recorded 122 videos on the key points of current greenhouse vegetable production and management. Vegetable price index helps stabilize vegetable supply

At 3 o'clock in the morning, Shouguang Dili Agricultural Products Logistics Park has started trading.

On the monitoring screen, real-time transaction data is clearly visible.

"The freight volume of Chinese cabbage is 1.1 million kilograms and the transaction volume is 600,000 kg; the freight volume of celery is 600,000 kg and the transaction volume is 400,000 kg..."

Among them, the daily supply of vegetables to Beijing is more than 200 tons.

In Lanling County, the Jiarui Vegetable Planting Cooperative, located in Xiangcheng Town, has been picking, sorting, packing, and loading vehicles since early morning.

Vegetable prices tend to stabilize downward

The price of cucumber is 3.6 yuan/jin, cabbage is 0.5 yuan/jin, and pepper is 3.7 yuan/jin. The prices have been the same for the past ten days, with little fluctuation.

On the 25th, He Xiaojie, an analyst for the price index of Shouguang Dili Agricultural Products Logistics Park, told reporters that China Although the weekly vegetable price index rose year-on-year, it dropped 12.9% from the previous week.

"Short-term cold waves have little effect on vegetables, so I'm afraid of long-term rain and snow." He Xiaojie said that the price of leafy vegetables has skyrocketed due to the continuous rainy weather that began in late September and has stabilized.

"For example, the wholesale price of spinach, which has skyrocketed in the previous period, is now 2.5 yuan/jin. Leafy vegetables have a growth cycle of about one month, and they have now returned to normal supply."

Zhang Chao, Chief of the Price Management Section of the Lanling County Development and Reform Bureau, said that the vegetable market in Lanling County is currently in good order, and the price of vegetables is stable.
