The incorrect payments were noticed after a tip to the municipality about the woman's inheritance.
The prosecutor's evidence includes the estate register that regulates the inheritance and bank documents that show when the woman became aware of the inheritance and that the inheritance was paid.
Denies crime
The woman then transferred the inheritance to a relative's bank account, which according to the prosecutor shows that she had intended to commit a benefit crime.
However, the woman denies the crime and has, among other things, stated that she had a debt to pay off.
A trial is now awaiting in Eskilstuna District Court.
