Despite the implementation of the fourth stage of social distancing that banned face-to-face activities at religious facilities, Sarang First Church continued to hold an on-site face-to-face worship service today (25th) as it did last week.

Sarang First Church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul held this worship service face-to-face from 11 am today.

The Seoul Metropolitan Government and Seongbuk-gu were scheduled to inspect the face-to-face worship site and investigate allegations of violations of the Infectious Disease Prevention Act, but could not confirm the site due to the church's deterrence.

In a press conference prior to the main service, the church said that if the city of Seoul issues an order to close the facility, it will hold a nationwide worship service at Gwanghwamun Square in the future.
