I wish it would stop raining, but the Korea Meteorological Administration predicted that it will rain again all over the country.

So first, let's see what the weather is like right now.

Our reporter is at the Jamsu Bridge in the Han River in Seoul.

Reporter Sohn Ki-joon, today (15th) it was very windy in Seoul, how about the rain now?

<Reporter> The

rain continues to fall and then stop, and the wind is blowing gently.

As you can see behind me, the Jamsu Bridge has been out for a long time.

The entire bridge is still under full control, but it looks like they are preparing to resume traffic while cleaning up the garbage that has been washed away by heavy rain.

In Hangang Park, still floating branches and piles of garbage stand out.

The water level at Jamsu Bridge is 5.03m as of 7:30pm.

As the rain clouds pass quickly, it is expected that there will be less rain than expected in Seoul.

A heavy rain advisory has been issued for northern Gyeonggi provinces such as Paju and Yeoncheon, as well as for Cheorwon and Hwacheon in Gangwon.

It started raining in this area around 3pm, and the current amount of precipitation is around 20-30mm per hour.

However, the Korea Meteorological Administration said that heavy rain could occur overnight.

A landslide crisis warning has been issued in the metropolitan area, Chungcheong, and Honam areas, so tensions cannot be relaxed.

I am worried about the way to work tomorrow morning after the holiday because of the news that it will rain.

Please tell us about road conditions and public transportation conditions.

<Reporter>

So far, there are no roads in Seoul other than Jamsu Bridge.

Fortunately, all sections of the Seoul subway are operating normally.

Of course, road control sections may be added depending on the overnight rain situation, and in particular, some sections of the Dongbu Arterial Road or Olympic Boulevard may be flooded.

As the situation is constantly changing, it is a good idea to check the traffic information in advance before going to work tomorrow.

Real-time traffic information can be found on the Seoul Traffic Information System website.
