A woman in her 50s was found collapsed on the 2nd floor of the parking tower of Andong City Hall in Gyeongsangbuk-do around 9 am today (the 5th).
Mr. A was seriously injured by stabbing her in the abdomen with a knife. She was taken to the hospital, but she died about an hour later.
The suspect is a 40-year-old male B, who is an employee of the city hall, and surrendered to the police immediately after the crime.
The police have secured the weapon used by Mr. B and are investigating her motive.
