There are more than 40,000 ancient and famous trees in Beijing, and there are many well-known ancient trees, such as the ancient ginkgo tree in Dajue Temple, the "Qingtan King" in Changping, the "General White Pao" in Beihai Park, and the "Emperor Tree" in Tanzhe Temple.
