Analyst Aprelev spoke about the idea to expand the possibility of using mortgage holidays

According to the expert, it would be reasonable to consider the possibility of introducing a second mortgage holiday for a mortgage term of more than ten years.

“In general, of course, such an innovation of a social nature is probably of interest to a significant number of people,” Aprelev explained.

Earlier, State Duma deputy Vasily Vlasov put forward an initiative to introduce for borrowers the right to a second mortgage holiday with a mortgage term of over ten years.
