A video clip went viral in India of an official in Rajasthan state, in which he was seen telling an officer that the roads in his village should be as smooth as the cheeks of Indian movie star Katrina Kaif.

At first the minister told the officer that the roads should be built as smooth as Hema Malini's cheeks, and then he himself realized that Hema Malini was now old.

Then he asked the audience which actress is making waves these days and then came the name Katrina Kaif.

The minister said that a road should be developed in his area to be as smooth as Katrina Kaif's cheeks.

Before long, the former chief minister of India's state of Bihar, Lalu Prasad, scoffed at making Bihar's roads as soft as the cheeks of the venerable Indian artist Hema Malini.
