Alexander Isak's Real Sociedad started tonight's match in Madrid in a good way, and took the lead already in match minute nine.

Namely, the referee pointed to the penalty spot, when Dani Carvajal felled David Silva in connection with a fine Sociedad attack that involved, among others, the national team Swede Alexander Isak.

The home team got started

From the penalty spot, Mikel Oyarzabal was cool, and certainly put 1-0.

After that, Sociedad looked to control the match quite well, without Real Madrid creating so much.

But at the end of the half, the home team started in earnest.

And then it went fast.

Two goals in second

First, after 40 minutes, Eduardo Camavinga got a good hit and put - after the ball was controlled via a Sociedad player - 1-1, and only three minutes later came 2-1 when Luka Modric beautifully put the ball in the far cross after a short corner variant.

In the second half, Real Madrid continued to scoop, scoring two more goals.

With the victory, Real Madrid extended its league lead, and is now a full eight points ahead of Sevilla, who yesterday "only" got 0-0 away against the bottom team Alaves.
