Swedish national striker Alexander Isak has had a hard time since La Liga resumed after the corona break.

But tonight, when his Real Sociedad met league umpire Espanyol, his almost five-month goal drought (the last goal came on February 9 against Athletic Bilbao) ended. After only 51 seconds on the pitch, he put 2-1 against Espanyol.

Broken loss suite

The goal was high-quality. Mikel Oyarzabal took the chest down a post to Alexander Isak, who with his left foot struck at half-volley and put 2-1. The goal meant that Real Sociedad completed the turn, and became the last of the match. As a result, Sociedad broke his four games long loss suite.

The goal was Alexander Isaac's eighth this La Liga season.
