The Swede entered the final round as just second but had a solid start to Sunday's game.

But on the seventh hole, Norén began to deliver on the birdie front.

When the 40-year-old holed out, he did so with the fifth birdie of the day and completed the round of 69 strokes, three under par.

He shares second place with Callum Shinkwin, who went five under par for the day.

The duo were a stroke behind victorious New Zealander Ryan Fox.
