Al Zeyoudi explained: “After signing the strategic partnership agreement with Indonesia, we reached a huge market that exceeded 1.7 billion people, of which about 1.4 billion people belong to the Indian market, 280 million people are the size of the Indonesia market, and nearly 10 million people are the size of the Israeli market, in addition to our markets.” The traditional market in the Arab world is estimated at 350 million people, bringing the total markets that the UAE products enter to more than two billion people.

He added, "We talked a year ago about the coverage of the markets, which is four billion people and located from the far east to West Africa, which are the markets that Emirates flights reach within eight hours."

He stressed that the three agreements created a huge market for growth in the national economy, as expectations indicate that the agreement with India will achieve a growth rate of 1.7% in the national economy by 2030, and the Indonesia agreement by 0.87%, while the three agreements are expected to achieve growth in The national economy will reach 2.6% by 2030, which is an excellent percentage that complements all the various efforts made by the UAE to ensure the doubling of our national economy from $430 billion currently to $860 billion by 2030.


Partnership Agreements

Al-Zeyoudi continued: "We are open with the countries of the world in signing agreements, and all priorities depend on the response and the desire of other countries to move quickly to work on the agreements," noting that the comprehensive economic partnership agreements take years and at least a year, and some of them take 10 to 15 years. .


Colombia and Turkey

He stated that this July will witness the signing of the fourth comprehensive economic partnership agreement, which will be with Colombia, describing the development of negotiations on signing the comprehensive economic partnership agreement with Turkey as excellent, and it is expected to be completed before the end of this year.

Al-Zeyoudi concluded by saying: “We have started negotiations with some African and East Asian countries, as well as with Georgia, which was announced during the (Expo 2020 Dubai) activities. Interested, including Mexico, which expressed its desire, and other countries».
