The tournament will be held from the 3rd to the 12th of February.
In the semi-finals, Palmeiras will face the Brazilian champion of the Copa Libertadores, the winner of the second round match between Al-Ahly of Egypt and Monterrey of Mexico, while Chelsea, the Champions League winner of the Al-Hilal match, will face Al-Jazira and Auckland City in the first round.
