Al-Jazira, Al-Ahly and Al-Hilal await the World Cup draw for clubs tonight

Three Arab clubs are awaiting the draw for the 2021 FIFA Club World Cup, which will take place at seven in the evening, UAE time, in the Swiss city of Zurich, and will be hosted by the capital Abu Dhabi next February.

Former Chelsea defender John Terry will participate in the draw.

The Arabs are represented in that tournament, the UAE champion Al-Jazira, the UAE champion and "host of the tournament", Al-Ahly of Egypt, the African champion, Al-Hilal Saudi Arabia, the Asian champion, the English champion Chelsea, the European champion, Palmeiras Brazil, the Cuba Libertadores champion, Mexico's Monterrey, the CONCACAF champion, and New Zealand's Auckland, the Oceania champion.

The tournament will be held in four different stages (preliminary round, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals).

Al-Jazira will play in the preliminary round against the Oceania champions, then the winner of them will meet one of the champions of the continents of Africa, Asia, or North America, in the quarter-finals based on the result of the lottery, which will also determine the other confrontation in the quarter-finals.

The losers of the two quarter-final matches will meet in the fifth and sixth place match, and the winners will qualify to face the European champion or the South American champion.

The draw will also reveal the two semi-final matches, in which the European and South American champions are present, as they start their participation in the tournament from that stage.
