He said that the relevant federal departments have begun work on the restoration of six pillars that were blown up by the Ukrainian side in 2015 to organize an energy blockade in Crimea.

Crimea is ready to ensure the transit of electricity and gas in full to the territory of neighboring regions,” the head of Crimea said. 

According to him, on Thursday there will be another report, it will be clear at what stage this work is.

“In principle, as far as I know, there is a high degree of readiness,” Aksyonov said. 

He answered the question whether electricity from Crimea will go to the adjacent territory.

Some will be from Crimea, some will be from Belarus in other territories, some will be from the Belgorod region in the border areas.

Earlier, the deputy chairman of the military-civilian administration of the Kherson region, Kirill Stremousov, said that mobile communications had been restored in the region.
