Aix lawyer Jean-Louis Keita, suspected of having transmitted information to members of banditry, was released on Wednesday and placed under judicial control by the investigative chamber of the Aix Court of Appeal in Provence. 

Detained since February 6 in the isolation district of the Aix-Luynes remand prison and then of Draguignan (Var), he will have to pay a bail of 50,000 euros before any lifting of the nut, added this source, confirming information from La Provence .

Placed under judicial control, the lawyer also has the obligation to be at his home between 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. and to report twice a week to the police station of his place of residence, set outside of Provence-Alpes-Côte d ' Azure, region where he is not allowed to stay. He is also prohibited from contacting a number of people linked to the case.

Renowned criminal lawyer, Jean-Louis Keita, 69, was indicted for breach of professional secrecy, disclosure of information about an investigation or investigation into a crime or offense punishable by ten years' imprisonment, falling under organized crime, to people likely to be involved.
