According to this, in order to investigate the cause of the large-scale water leakage that occurred at the water intake facility in the Yahagi River in Toyota City, Aichi Prefecture, the Tokai Agricultural Administration Bureau, which owns the facility, was contacted with agricultural irrigation facilities and river engineering specialists. , A new committee consisting of 6 members will be established.



The first meeting is scheduled to be held on the 2nd of next month, and as the supply of agricultural water is suspended and the supply of industrial water continues to be restricted, consideration will be given to restoration.



At a press conference, Minister Kaneko said, "We will promptly investigate the cause and take recovery measures in cooperation with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism."
