China Friday suspended importing shrimp from three factories in Ecuador after some samples were tested positive for the emerging Corona Virus (Covid-19), Bloomberg News reported, quoting P. Cuchin, director of the Office of Import and Export Safety of the General Administration of Customs of Beijing.

China began checking imports of frozen and chilled food, against fears that contaminated salmon was the cause of a second wave of deadly virus outbreaks again in Beijing last month.
