On November 2nd, Huzhong District, the "coldest town in China," encountered a blizzard. The maximum depth of snow was 30 cm, which caused inconvenience to local residents.

Yesterday there was a snowfall, which was very heavy. In the Huzhong District of Daxinganling, all passenger cars in the area were out of service. The snow is still falling.
[Explanation] In response to this snowfall, Huzhong District quickly launched an emergency plan to organize snow-clearing vehicles and personnel to clear the main roads in the area at the first time, and strive to open up the road in the shortest time to ensure road traffic safety, It is convenient for people to travel.
[Explanation] On the evening of November 1, the Sino-Russian border town "Heihe" ushered in the first snow this year after the autumn.
In order to cope with the impact of the snowfall on people's travel and life, the Heihe Transportation System successively dispatched more than 20 sets of snow-clearing equipment and 5 engineering vehicles.
As of 10 am on the 2nd, more than 250,000 cubic meters of snow had been cleared.
The staff told reporters that due to the continuous snowfall, the snow removal equipment and personnel of Heihe Station insisted on reciprocating operations on the highway.
