The Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command announced the activation of the system for monitoring the numbers of violating and required vehicles, with expired insurance and licenses, in the emirate starting from November 7, as part of a series of smart systems adopted by the Ras Al Khaimah Police General Command to support the security monitoring project within the framework of the smart city system.

She explained that the system will be implemented through smart cameras that monitor and edit traffic violations for the number plates of vehicles that are in violation of traffic and are criminally required and have expired insurance and licensing in a more accurate and effective technical manner. Traffic.

She indicated that the Department of Electronic Services and Communications in the General Department of Resources and Support Services in Ras Al Khaimah Police, will activate the updated technical monitoring system for traffic violations in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, in cooperation with the Traffic and Patrols Department of Ras Al Khaimah Police by activating a technical system equipped with advanced cameras for traffic control, working to enhance Traffic safety and maintaining the safety of road users in accordance with the best international practices in the field of road safety and security.

She explained that members of the public and road users must speed up and take the initiative to renew and pay the restrictions associated with their vehicles, within their scheduled dates, and to commit to driving vehicles that have been technically examined in a manner that enhances the safety of their drivers, companions and all road users, in order to avoid exposure to accountability and legal violation, wishing security and safety.
