At around 14:00 on June 27, local time, a huge fire broke out near a campsite northwest of Rome, the capital of Italy. A woman and a child were sent to a nearby hospital for emergency treatment. About 35 nearby residents showed symptoms of smoke poisoning.

It is reported that the bushes were on fire at first, and the fire spread rapidly with the wind, and a huge plume of smoke could be seen a few kilometers away.

The fire caused multiple explosions of LPG tanks in a warehouse in a local industrial area.

Residents in nearby residential areas and a summer activity center were evacuated.
