A murder investigation was opened on Sunday following the shooting death of a 19-year-old young man on the forecourt of Grenoble station, the prosecution said.
The victim was fatally injured around 4:30 a.m. this Sunday, before dying shortly after during his transport to hospital, according to firefighters.
The prosecution indicated that an investigation had been entrusted to the criminal brigade of the departmental security of the Grenoble police station, without being able to specify the circumstances of the tragedy or the profile of the victim.
