A 31-year-old nurse, and her 6-year-old daughter, missing for more than eight months, were found on Wednesday in Hérault, the Montpellier prosecutor's office told

On the run, this mother and her daughter had been wanted since March 4.

“They would have stayed in Ardèche, Var and Ariège, indicated the gendarmerie of Hérault, in the call for witnesses, launched on November 5.

Since then, the child has not set foot again in the school where she is enrolled, in the Lunellois.

The nurse has not given any further news to her relatives or to the child's father since.

An arrest warrant was issued in March, as part of an investigation for the subtraction of a minor.

The thirty-something was placed in detention as part of the execution of this arrest warrant.

Investigations are continuing.
