China News Service, Hohhot, December 15 (Reporter Zhang Wei) On the 15th, the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Work Headquarters announced that a total of 542 local confirmed cases have been reported in Manzhouli, and there are currently 497 local confirmed cases.
From 0:00 to 24:00 on December 14, Inner Mongolia reported 3 new local confirmed cases, and 10 new local confirmed cases were cured and discharged from hospital, all in Manzhouli, Hulunbuir.
All newly diagnosed cases in Manzhouli City were positive in the nucleic acid test during the centralized isolation period. After consultation with the expert group, they were diagnosed as confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia.
Song Jixiang, deputy mayor of Manzhouli City Government, introduced that, as of now, the existing confirmed patients have been isolated and treated in Manzhouli Port Medical Treatment Hospital, Hailar District People’s Hospital, and Hulunbuir Second People’s Hospital; cured patients are in Manzhouli South District Hospital and Hulunbuir City. As of 24:00 on December 14, there are 508 confirmed cases in Inner Mongolia, including 497 in Manzhouli, Hulunbuir, and 9 in Xinbarhuyouqi, and 2 confirmed cases in Manzhouli, in Horqin District, Tongliao City.
All patients were treated in isolation in designated hospitals, and all close contacts were quarantined in designated places for medical observation.
The national postgraduate entrance examination in 2022 is about to start. Song Jixiang said that starting from December 6, Manzhouli has adopted various methods such as media announcements, establishment of WeChat groups, hotlines, and information comparison with the Hulunbuir Examination Center. There were 669 candidates, including 603 candidates at the original test site in Hailar District, Hulunbuir, and 66 candidates who were stranded in Manzhouli at the original test site outside Hailar District (including those outside the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region).
“We will report the candidates’ situation to the higher-level admissions examination department as soon as possible. After the research of Hulunbuir and the approval of the autonomous region, we agreed to add postgraduate examination test centers in our city.
