A teenager was run over by a tractor in a field near Lyon

On Wednesday February 23, a 17-year-old young man was run over by a tractor.

The accident took place in the hamlet of Le Favarieu, in the town of Rontalon (Rhône) south of Lyon, reports

.

The teenager was helping his father, a farmer, when he passed under the wheels of the vehicle.

The emergency services took care of the young man, who was seriously injured, before transporting her urgently to the Lyon Sud hospital by helicopter.

An investigation was opened by the Mornant gendarmerie to find out the circumstances of the accident.
