China News Service, Taipei, February 17. According to Taiwan media reports such as Central News Agency and United News on the 17th, 26 children in a non-profit kindergarten in Taipei City suffered from abdominal pain, vomiting and other symptoms.

This is the second suspected food poisoning incident in Taipei City within a week.

According to the news, after the children left the kindergarten on the 16th, they developed abdominal pain and non-stop vomiting at 18:00; at 22:00, more than 10 parents reported that they also had similar symptoms.

It is reported that the kindergarten's breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided by the school kitchen. The public calls on the local education department and health department to investigate the incident immediately and announce the follow-up measures to parents.

The Taipei Municipal Education Bureau responded on the 17th that the park has reported the infectious disease notification system; the park has suspended classes on the 17th and 18th, and has cleaned and disinfected classrooms and other places.

The relevant reasons are still under investigation.

However, some parents are unable to take care of their children for some reason, and they are still handed over to the kindergarten to take care of them.

It is also reported that on the 11th of this month, a collective diarrhea incident in a kindergarten occurred in Taipei, and two classes of students developed symptoms of fever, abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea.

The Taipei Municipal Health Bureau released a news on the evening of the 11th saying that it could not be ruled out that it was caused by diet, and simultaneously launched a suspected food poisoning investigation, which is still under investigation.
