The victim was masked by a bus and was wearing headphones.
She was mown while crossing the road outside a pedestrian crossing, reports Le Progrès.
The young driver who struck her was apparently not driving at excessive speed.
His alcohol level was found to be negative.
The Traffic Accidents and Crime Brigade launched an appeal to determine the circumstances of the accident.
