Commercial Bank of Dubai announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Al Fardan Exchange Company, to be a partner of the bank in issuing and filling in the new e-dirham cards.

A statement issued yesterday stated that the e-dirham card is a smart payment method that enables users to pay fees for a wide range of services in many ministries and government institutions, at a time when the new cards provide a high level of comfort, safety and flexibility, as it will enable users to create a digital wallet.
