The regional parliament in Andalusia faced a temporary malfunction, due to a large mouse that broke into one of the sessions and caused chaos.

The pioneers of social networking circulated a video clip documenting the chaos and panic that the mouse provoked during a session in the parliament of the autonomous region of Andalusia in southern Spain, earlier this week.

It can be seen how the session was proceeding normally and the regional speaker, Marta Bousquet, giving her speech, before she was suddenly terrified and stunned after she spotted a rat.

Reports indicated that the session was about voting on whether to appoint Susana Diaz, the former regional president, as a senator from Andalusia.

Although the mouse caused chaos and disruption of the session, it was completed later and Susanna won the vote.
