The man was conditionally released from a prison sentence for child sexual abuse and child pornography offenses in February last year.
In the autumn, he was detained again, again this time on suspicion of having committed sexual offenses against children.
Ten plaintiffs
The man is now sentenced by Umeå District Court for a series of crimes against ten girls aged 13-15.
He has, among other things, been guilty of child rape, aggravated exploitation of children for sexual posing, sexual harassment and child pornography offenses.
The penalty is four and a half years in prison.
At the same time, his conditional release from the previous prison sentence is forfeited, which means that he is also allowed to serve the 256 days remaining from it.
He must also pay SEK 289,000 in damages to the 10 plaintiffs.
