A man has been arrested by the
Mossos
as the alleged perpetrator of the death of a woman and the assault on another man at a home in the Barcelona town of
Vilafranca del Penedès
, the Catalan police reported this Saturday.
The
Mossos
have explained in a statement that the arrest took place on the afternoon of this Friday, around 7:00 p.m., and that the man he allegedly attacked suffered serious injuries.
The circumstances of the event are being investigated by the
Mossos
at the same time that the investigating court in charge of the case has decreed the secrecy of summary.
