A Jordanian woman in Madaba gave her husband a bouquet of 10,000 red roses mounted on a car towing winch, on the occasion of his birthday.

Above the winch, the lady attached a sign that read: “Happy birthday to the most precious people, to my husband, my lover and the father of my children. You are the most precious gift that God Almighty has given me, a birthday that will be prepared.”

Pictures of the remarkable "gift" were spread on social networking sites, and comments were poured out on it, as it was an attention-grabbing incident in the traditional and conservative Jordanian society.

Brothers Omar Maayah and Raqi Maayah, the owners of the flower shop who prepared the bouquet, said that preparing the luxurious gift took 15 working days, but they did not mention the costs.

And they revealed to news websites that the bouquet of roses, which is one of the largest bouquets in the world, will start from Madaba towards the capital, Amman, to roam the streets of Abdoun, Deir Ghbar, Madinah and Sweileh, and then reach the owner of the gift.
