A fire broke out in two warehouses in Ras Al-Khor Industrial Area yesterday, without causing any casualties, and Dubai Civil Defense teams were able to control it within less than an hour.
A source in the General Administration of Civil Defense stated that a communication was received at 11.34 am yesterday, and a team from the Civil Defense Center in Nad Al Sheba immediately moved to the site of the accident.
The media spokesman said that the firefighters discovered that the fire had spread to two warehouses, so support was sought from the Rashidiya, Al-Karama and Port Said centers, and the control teams worked to surround the fire to prevent its spread to nearby warehouses, and then began firefighting operations until they were able to control it within less than an hour without human accidents. Cooling operations started.
