According to the police of the 3rd Squadron of Traffic Police Brigade, Huichuan District, Zunyi City, there were three enthusiastic citizens who were rescued.
The first was an old man in his 60s. After the old man swam to the side of the mother and her son, Ms. Cai hugged the old man tightly because of tension, which caused difficulties in rescue.
When the situation was critical, the two young men immediately jumped into the river, and the three of them worked together to rescue the mother and son who had fallen into the water.
