The victim, hit in the stomach, had been admitted to the emergency room on August 3, seriously injured.
She had filed a few days later, saying that an individual had come to ask her for an explanation, on damage to her car.
The argument escalated, and a shot was fired.
The suspect, who was remanded in custody, denies the charges against him.
He will appear on October 19, before the criminal court.
