Yesterday (25th), a man in his 20s who was waiting to be admitted to Uijeongbu Prison in Gyeonggi Province fled with handcuffs, and the authorities conducted a search all night long.

Last night, in front of Uijeongbu Prison, Gyeonggi-do, the police were standing on every major street.



Yesterday around 4 pm, a man in his 20s, A, was waiting for a corona test before entering the prison, and escaped with handcuffs on the convoy.



It is in front of the main gate of Uijeongbu Prison.



There are a lot of bushes around, but it was confirmed that Mr. A fled from the front door to the bush here.



During the trial of the first trial in the Uijeongbu District Court on charges of theft, Mr. A failed to appear several times and an arrest warrant was issued.



The police and prosecutors, who have sent 150 people to search for Mr. A, are planning to resume the search as soon as the sun rises.

Yesterday around 5:10 pm, a fire broke out on the 9th floor of a 15-story mixed-use apartment complex in Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do.



The fire was extinguished in 50 minutes, and seven residents of the apartment were taken to the hospital after inhaling the smoke.
