The Deokpyeong Logistics Center, which was completed in 2014, is one of the three largest logistics centers in Coupang, along with the Incheon and Daegu centers, and is called a 'mega center'.

Coupang announced that it would send a text message to customers who are expected to delay delivery and pay 1,000 won worth of Coupang Cash if delivery is actually delayed.
