He added that he asked them about the reason for their exit in light of the restriction of movement and whether they had an exit permit, and the reason for not wearing the muzzle. The accused owed 3000 dirhams in exchange for not taking any action against him, and he paid him 2000 dirhams, and promised him the rest of the amount upon his arrival at his residence.


The policeman continued that he called his official, the duty officer, and told him what happened, and the officer asked him to bring them to the police station, pointing out that the accused kept begging him inside the patrol and handed him 2000 dirhams inside the center in the presence of his colleague, another witness in the case.


With the question of the accused in the inference report, he stated that he lives in the hotel that was caught in front of him, and on the day of the incident he called that woman to come to him for a massage, and when he came to receive her outside the hotel, he did not wear a muzzle.


The Public Prosecution directed the accused to a felony of offering a monetary sum as a bribe, and referred him to the criminal court.
