China News Service, June 25. According to the website of the United States Geological Survey (USGS), at 11:37 on June 25, Beijing time, a magnitude 5.6 earthquake occurred in southern Iran, with a focal depth of 10 kilometers.

  The epicenter of the earthquake was 30 kilometers northeast of Kish Island in Iran (latitude 26.725 degrees north, longitude 54.261 degrees east).
