436,000 doses of Pfizer's Corona 19 vaccine entered Korea through Incheon Airport in the early morning of today (5th).
This amount is a vaccine contracted directly by the Korean government with Pfizer, and arrived at Incheon Airport by UPS cargo flight at around 1:35 am today.
The total amount of goods secured by the government through a direct purchase contract with Pfizer is 66 million units, and the amount delivered to Korea so far is 2436,000 units.
The Pfizer Vaccine, which is administered twice, is used for vaccinations of senior citizens aged 75 years or older living in local communities, as well as those who are admitted to and worked in elderly facilities.
