At present, the accident has killed 4 people and injured 5 others.
According to the information reported by the Russian emergency services, there were 10 people on board at the time of the incident, and the whereabouts of the other person are not yet known.
The Il-76 aircraft, which belongs to the military, conducted training flights without cargo.
Due to engine failure, the crew was forced to take a hard landing, and the impact with the ground caused the plane to be damaged and set on fire.
